Virtual cards: the entry point
The cards behind this door exist only as numbers. They are created within minutes, can be added to a phone wallet on some services, and are used for subscriptions and for purchases from foreign shops. Telegram bots and small apps are common sellers.
Each review answers a short list: what it costs to issue and to reload, how conversion is handled, which services refuse the card, and the behaviour at zero balance.
Because many providers are new and say little, a review says so openly and labels outside numbers as unofficial.
